El pasado jueves 16 de julio,  NSHMBA-Cincinnati organizó un evento para que un destacado grupo de ejecutivos compartieran su perspectiva sobre liderazgo a través de su propia experiencia en el  The Executive Perspective, a panel discussion on Crucibles of Leadership.

El panel estaba conformado por A.B. Cruz, Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc., Melanie Healey, Group President, Global Feminine & Health Care GBU, The Procter and Gamble Company y el Dr. Luis Taveras, Senior Executive, Outsourcing Group Platform, Accenture. De igual forma, se encontraba como invitado especial John Pepper, Chaiman of the Board, Walt Disney Company, and forme CEO, the Procter and Gamble Company. 

Este evento fue patrocinado por Accenture y tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer una audio-entrevista a varios de los panelistas y participantes.

Grace Lieblein, President and Manager Director of General Motors de México. took time during the  Detroit Auto Show to share her views about her road to success

Grace sets an example for other Latina’s by showing what is possible in achieving a career and climbing to new heights within the place of employment. She  is considered  one of the Top 50 Hispanic Businesswomen in the United States by “Hispanic Business’ Magazine and was a finalist for the magazine’s Women of the Year awards.

The interview is divided into three parts. In the first part, Graces talks about how she became an engineer and the biggest challenges that she is facing right now.
